I would imagine lots of thermal mass. What's that weigh? Very good idea!

I'm not sure, it is pretty heavy. All that steel helps to really hold the heat.

I want one of these!! I was just looking at the recipe for Mexican Discada and my mouth is watering. This would be a great dish to prepare for a gathering. Wow.

I'm definitely getting one. I LOVE Mexican food, and I love to grill outside. This is the perfect combination.
