2012 Home Built "Woodie" Teardrop in VA

We have to sell the teardrop we built last year to make room and provide funds for 3 other Tiny Trailers that are now sitting in the yard (This project started an addiction). It was built based on the Steve Frederick plans and manual. Weight should be around 950 lbs but it hasn't been weighed. Extended tongue makes it easy to move around.
