what I can't understand is how they find so many SUCKERS to buy these ????
JESUS come on $75,000
a lot of this stuff is totally bunk.....I know I'm in Real Estate Inspection Business
they DON'T even have a RVIA or a ICC or ICBO listing label ?
you are not gonna park this 30' monster with a building departments blessing

DakotaTinyHouses.com are scaled versions of regular houses, on (2) 7,000 LBS axles. These units are professionally made following proper building codes ANSI A119.5 and NFPA 1192 with “Building Inspections” at every stage. Dakota Tiny Houses are by far the best value with superior craftsmanship among other tiny house builders.
“Don’t be fooled by the DIY’ers building them in their back yards”
These houses are basically RV’s with all the comforts of home. These houses can be moved without any special “oversized” highway permits. And can be pulled by any 3/4 ton or larger truck.
These trailers were designed by an architect and an engineer to withstand 3 foot snow load, 200 pounds of solar, and be driven down the freeway at 65-70 mph and withstand a 50 mph crosswind. They are built with metal studs and heavily insulated. These tiny houses are rated for the coldest Canadian climate (climate 7 & 8). These tiny houses can be used in remote wilderness (independent) for 30-60 days “Off-Grid” or they can be used as a “Park Model” at any RV Park. These tiny houses have been specifically designed to withstand the harsh winter climate (-50F) that comes along with drilling for oil in North Dakota in the winter time. Dakota Tiny houses are also well insulated for the summer time heat. So basically it works well in hot climates like Texas or cold climates like North Dakota.
Do you like “Off-Grid? These houses can go for 30-60 days “Off-Grid”
Here are a list of other features that come with each Dakota Tiny House:
•Super Insulated (R-51) (withstand -50F climate without skirting)

I only posted about the cargo trailer conversion. I don't care for the stick-framed cabins on trailer chassis. (Too much weight. Too impractical. Not really towable at freeway speeds. Overkill for camping. Too much money for sure. Violates the Keep-It-Simple principle. Besides, there's no central vacuum system, no hot tub and no butler's quarters or garage for my Ferrari.)

:FNP Just returned from the annual Full Moon Gathering in the mountains at Applegate Lake near Ruch, Oregon. It was 98 degrees inside my trailer with both doors open and the breeze blowing through each afternoon. The pavement in the RV park was measured with a laser thermometer at 157 degrees F at 5PM.

We just stayed in the lake until we cooled down. Others went on a wine tour of local vineyards down the hill in Ruch.

There were 18 teardrops and tiny travel trailers. People came from as far away as Santa Barbara, CA. The nights cooled off nicely. The potlucks were really good. The citrus-flavored sipping tequila was superb. The conversations were often hillarious. So despite the heat, we had a really good time. :)
