running electrcal on the wall

so after reading many posts iv not come across anything on how to run your wires if your mounting wall lights inside and outside when useing only a sheet of 3/4 ply for the wall do you drill down threw the center of the plywood ?

Run the wires through the ceiling. Drop them through a hole at the juncture of the wall and ceiling and mount your light. You can cover any exposed wire with a piece of trim or wiremold

+1 on what Carl said. Also, if you mount your inside fixtures in the right location, you can simply drill a hole through the wall behind the inside fixture to run the wires for your porch lights. You can also avoid additional wiring by using light fixtures with built in switches.

Another option is to use surface mount conduit/chase.
Not as neat and tidy as hiding them, but it works.
Can also be painted to blend in.

If you are skinning your trailer with aluminum on the outside you can trench the outside and run the wires in there. Just punch through where you want the light and no wires show. Harder to fix if a problem arises but a very clean look.
