New Teardrop for Sale

My Buddy and I built him a teardrop and now he wants to upgrade before he has even used it. He is asking 7900.00 for it but I'm pretty sure I can get it for you for $5500. It is a very nice basic Teardrop.

Can you tell me more about the frame and suspension (axle type)?

This would be perfect. It is a 5x8 with no customization. I'm not that far from Southern California. 6 hours plus or minus. I'm sure we could work out a travel discount.

It was built on a Northern tools frame and has an Arizona title. Permeant Arizona plate but that don't help you:)
Standard strait axle with leaf springs.
