I was able to sell my first 6 x 12 single axle CT conversion and although it took about 4 months I was only able to get the cost of materials back on the sale ( low teq and minimalistic fixtures ) the time I spent building it was a wealth of gained knowledge and the time camping and road tripping was priceless, all in all not a bad deal
I was surprised to find the people that called me where from all kinds of interests and each time I relisted I would add a phrase from the conversations that I had with potential buyers to the related subject terms listed at the bottom of the Craigslist add. Terms used ended up ranging from hunting, camping, bug out vehicle, toy hauler, cargo camper, enclosed camper, scamp, teardrop, and of course the name of the cargo manufacturer.
I found that many people did not have the cash at hand and wanted to work a deal of sorts

but stick to your value and only lower it as needed to get calls, also keep in mind that a factory built cargo camper is not cheap. Many times people would call and lowball the price after looking at other cargo trailer adds, encourage them to search for reviews of the trailer in the add

. I would also encourage people to get a final sale quote from the dealer including options, tax, and licence this was always a surprise to people because it runs fast from advertised prices
keep in mind that trailer dealers run big sales in the winter and early tax season then slowly raise the prices into summer if you can list at this same time you will end up competing with many adds and deals.
when I first built mine it was not easy to find information and very rare to see one in the wild, now popularity is growing for an all purpose camper and many more people are considering them as an option.
(PS) trailer dealers repost there adds almost daily so you will have to do likewise in order to avoid being buried in there adds
hope this helps and good luck
