Postby Kokomoslow » Tue Sep 03, 2013 10:55 am

How important is a/c in a little guy 5/10 . Planning a big trip around us. We are in our mid 60,s don't really plan to do it in the mid summer mo. I don't see a whole lot of a/c's in pictures. How much does that supper fan vent work.
Looking for help here as the a/c is about 6 bills

This greatly depends what your tolerance is, as well as where you camp. July and indiana....I wouldn't go without. April at the same campground I want a heater!

For a corn-belt point of view, it was a great addition. I doubt I'd own a camper of any size without one. There's nothing worse than not being able to outside because of skeeters and can't stay inside because its too sticky.

While on this subject, what is the smallest A/C unit you can get?

Here I Minnesota this tear does not have one. Most nights get comfortable for sleeping. If I plan a trip and its going to be too hot and muggy I wait a week or two.

Would I like to have one maybe, I might use it but haven't wished for it yet.

The best of both worlds, we have it when we want it or can leave it home. Knowing what I know now could probably do it for about $300 or less.

Thanks, We will be on a long trip, so I think it is better to have and not use than need and not have
