I don’t mind a little haggling , but didn’t want to take a total beating on it ... 
Since nobody seems to be interested , I’ll likely do all the little niceties to it (Fix it Up) and then it will cost a LOT more 
... It’s just too well built (Sturdy) to let go for a pittance ...
