Sleeping on the ground just isn't as fun anymore. Plus I hate hotels, sorry if you work for one. Getting ready to start building. I don't want a big RV, was going to covert a 6x12 cargo. Changed my mind when I thought about how I was going to put the kayak on top. Looks like I'm going to build on a 5x10. Not exactly sure whats going to be on top. Thank for all the information that's available on the forum.

Welcome, worked for hotels now for many years. Hate staying in them myself, so no offense taken.
