We are working our way home ....following the rain and wind.
Hold up tonight in Issiquah!
Hopefully we can get across the mountains tomorrow.
Thanks to all the folks that worked so hard in the rain, to make this such a fun time for those of us that participated.
Great to meet so many new friends, and have the chance to see those we have had the good fortune to meet before.

We are home!
Wow, what a trip! :?
On the first day we made the wrong direction choice for the trip home, and experiences record rainfall most of the day. High winds, came very close to the Tornado, trees on the road, darkness and too much traffic.
Second day we change our first route choice and headed for a lower pass as we heard the snow level was down to 5000 ft. Well the pass we crossed had a summit of 4025 ft. and the snow level was at about 4050 ft. as we passed thru. :worship:
But about 2 miles down the other side the rain stopped and the sun shown thru the blue skies over the Okanagan Valley....it was back to T shirt weather for the rest of the trip home.
The camping gear was hung out to dry this morning in the sun and Miss Piggy got a good airing out. (She loves to sit out enjoying the Sun! 8)
Once again, Thanks to all those who organized such a fun event.

Brian and Sandi!
It was so much fun getting to hang out with you both. Can hardly wait for the next time--when ever that end up being. :)
So glad to hear the after your adventure getting home you are there, safe and dry, sitting in the sun.

Unless we have another clear bright weekend in the next couple weeks are are going to put our little Silver Pearl to bed for the winter and start planning all the trips we'll take next camping season.

Cheers!

Thanks for the update Stephanie.
We look forward to camping with you and Mark again soon.
Although the rain at Mulino, did dampen our outlook on Fall camping. And Sandi says we are finished for the season????
As I sat out in the sun this afternoon eating grapes I had just picked off my vines enjoying my view of the valley from the back of my property, I was wishing we were camping right here with our new tear dropping friends.
Hope to see you guys sooner than later.
