The vinyl decals I made did not stick to the frp very well so I had to paint them on
I used krylon fusion.I liked how the paint went on so I took a big swing at the back and free hand sketched the big shark on to tape and cut it out.

I got the vertical trim pieces made for the pop top and got everything adjusted so that it would fold back down.

My little boy has been helping me work on the camper. Although it is not completly done we decided to do some back yard camping over the weekend. He was so excited that we spent the night in the camper.

Man, this Toy Hauler had gone through so many changes in a year then the hammerhead shark species has gone through in millions of years. Its been a fun project to watch. Your son looks content with yours and his work. He should sleep well tonight.

Great job, I know it is not finished, but I hope you two can enjoy a few nights before it gets to cold. :)

Boy you said it. it has changed alot over the past year. I was looking back a the thread and laughing about a few of the ideas that i had . I tend to think out loud sometimes. I probably spent more time doing and redoing than I did building. I have learned alot about what not to do. I still have a bit more to do to finish this one but i am looking forward to taking it camping hopefully this year. I have 3 4x8 trailers and i would like to do a off road non pop top camper next. First i need to finish this one.

Homemade roll up awning. The color of the awning sucks but it will do for now, it was free. It raises up in thse back so that it is not so low near the door. In the pic of it up i did not take time to adjust the poles.

Very nice! You've achieved one of the Holy Grails of teardrop design - having a place for "toys". Congratulations.
