TLI too little information
Will you have 120AC if so then a ceramic heater will do nicely and or an electric blanket, if not LOTS of covers.
As an alternative to a popup a rear tarp.

There are four pages of information here:

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=57070&hilit=cold

Maybe something there will help.

Oh! You probably already know this; but, close your galley when not in use. That pocket of air that you capture in the galley will help keep you from losing heat out the back end.

I have survived 5 years of shivarees. We pick a weekend in the 2nd week of January ( our coldest weather) and a group of hearty souls go camping. I have always had my pop up canopy up. Our fall gathering in 2011 and our spring gathering in 2010 we had storms and sustained winds in the 35 to 40 MPH range. Several popups fell victim to the winds, mine did not!

You just need to keep it on the ground. I use ratchet straps and go under the belly of the trailer and tether the other end off to the picnic table or a couple real heavy items (perhaps your generator or well loaded coolers) The canopy is 6 years and 35+ gatherings in service and is just fine.

How about a lean-to tarp, attached to the side of the trailer with the other end going to the ground and being attached there. You could even pile some snow up, around the bottom, to keep the tarp down better and to help fight the cold winds. If there is enough snow, you can pile it up around the base of your trailer to keep the cold winds from buffeting the underside of your trailer deck.

ceramic heather when electricity is available is the best source of heat. quick, safe, and ask kept the little trailer in the 70s at the low setting in the -20 degres of canada.

I m happy i have a door above the kitchen...make for a small shelter when cooking. Other than that, i good down jacket does wonder in the cold!

I loved it when I was younger.
Now the body doesn't move too good in the cold but am glad for all the fun memories. :D

I winter camp where I have electric and use a $10 heater fan from Menards, 8 inch I think. That and my furry four legged heater, and the two of us kept the tear warm enough without the heater running all night. Didn't keep my hatch open unless I was using it, no easy up or other form of awning.

Only gone a couple times and had a great time.
