My biggest regret is using these for my door latches. They seemed like a good idea at the time but they leak like crazy when driving in a downpour...

They were bought here: http://www.etrailer.com/Enclosed-Trailer-Parts/Redline/L1833.html. Everything else I've bought from etrailer I've been very happy with.

Where do I start? Homemade doors, 3/4" ply sidewalls with 3/4" frame should have only used 1/4 ply with the 3/4" frame. 3/4" ply floor should only used 1/2". The doors are a pain to build go with premade doors. When cutting opening allow for trim. Order a sample pack to see profile and thickness. Have a good set of plans or buy a kit. And have a few friends over to help lift them heavy walls in place. Dry fit everything before gluing and screwing. And most of all measure twice and measure again then cut. Use a jig when ever possible. That way every thing is the same. Good luck with your build.
Going broke quick fixing a bad start!
