I came across the Mega Drop build thread. I like his approach and
especially his use of the recycled garage door lift spring to operate the lift roof.

P.S. Why not add it to your initial post starting this thread -
in the spirit of keeping all the info/links in one place...

To help those who might be thinking of building a lifting roof, here is a list of all the TTT’s with lifting roofs which I (and others...Thanks!) could find.
(These camping trailers are not listed in any particular order.)

If anyone has helpful knowledge to add, such as links that I couldn’t find or other TTT’s with lifting roofs, please post your information here.

So, instead of calling it "TTT's with Lifting Roofs", it is now Teardrops & Tiny Travel Trailers with Lifting Roofs.

If I'm not mistaken, it is one of earliest (if not THE first) foam/fiberglass builds on this site (as well as one of the early pop ups) and contains a lot of related information on foam/fiberglass building. I really think it deserve mention in this thread, up on the top along with all the others (or is already there and I'm too blind to find it??)
