Football Season

Well, here I sit with my laptop surfing the TD forums between plays.
The autumn leaves are falling outside the window and the rain is falling.
But here on the couch with the Football game on, and the fireplace burning, I am warm and cozy.
Dreaming of next TD camping season and encouraging newbies to the Forum to join in the fun!
Maybe next year we will head south for the winter with Miss Piggy to experience winter camping in the warmth rather than coming down in the summer to camp in the heat.
Any other Football fans here on the Forum?

I'm on the forum ,the wife has her season tickets to the Chiefs 20+ yrs now..another undefeated home game day....

All my teams are losers . College and pro. Loser, Loser, Losers.......Might have to start watching some sissy sport for my blood pressure..

I'm from Wisconsin, so Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers are my teams! I graduated from UW Madison and played in the Marching Band a long time ago, so I've been to my share of games. I lived in Kansas for a little over a year about 8 years ago, so I'm really digging that they are doing well. Aside form my teams, I love it when a team that's been crappy for a long time does well. The Packers seem to be doing just fine in spite of all the injuries. A-Rod is just amazing. I was just happy that the packer game was a Sunday night game so I got to spend the entire day working on my tear drop.

If it's a game (?) played with a ball (any shape) or a stick and a ball, I wont ever watch it. I would much rather be out fishing or enjoying the bush/ wilderness exploring the world around me. I was was invited to a football game when I was in the USA and I was bored stiff. To me it was a total waste of time.

It's Thinking Man's Game..... what can I say!
Fishing was never very stimulating to me either. Bored Stiff looking at the water wondering if the fish were looking up laughing at how I was wasting my time!But, to each his own!

I make my home in Maine so I've been a Patriots / Red Sox's fan for many years . Both teams have given me a certain amount of stress lately but we are hanging in there !!
