trailer jack footplate

Postby VijayGupta » Sat Nov 09, 2013 7:46 pm

Does anyone know where I can buy a footplate only to attach to an existing trailer jack? I'm having a hard time finding just that part.

Thanks. TSC is just about 4 miles up the road.

E trailers.com

Flea market/thrift store

A welding shop might be able to do it cheaper if you add in shipping costs.

Any trailer supply place should have them. I got one because my jack post scrapped when I went out the driveway and there was always a burr so would not fit into the wheel.
I travel with the plate on and replace it with the wheel when I get home. No more problem.

Make sure you buy the right one. I know Atwood makes two sizes, 'cause I bought the larger one on the first shot.
