Another Newbie!

Postby wesrmartin » Mon Nov 11, 2013 3:05 pm

I am still learning this site, even though I have spent countless hours looking at everyone's pics and advice, posting is another matter altogether for the technologically challenged. I accidentally posted what I really wanted to say to everyone on this site on one of my pics...suffice to say, I think this is an INCREDIBLE site, and I thank everyone on it who contributes anything at all. sorry I didn't document sooner...I "thought" I was on a deadline. that has come and gone now, and of course, the build continues....I will try to document better going forward. nice to be here, and I look forward to future friendships! wes out

That would be great! I must warn you, however....whenever we take this out, we will have AT MINIMUM 3 little munchkins along, usually 4. that can be a lot for some of the more quiet destinations! and then, of course, she has to be road-ready. haven't been up to Watson mill yet, been wanting to....have you?

Gary, I'll drop a line when we plan our visit up there....try to give you as much advance notice as possible. perhaps the weekend warrior can stop by? probably be march or april before we get up there

Prem, thank you for the kind words.....the photos are getting easier as I go along. too bad the woodworking isn't. :R I remember Wayne's bohemian teardrop from when I first signed up to this forum over a year ago, thinking....holy $##& that's awesome! ever since, I've been aspiring to even come close to half of the beauty he accomplished. anyone who didn't see that build journal, I hope you can go back and check it out. There are so many gifted craftsmen and women on this site....it is really awe-inspiring....I just feel pretty damn lucky I stumbled onto this forum.....

Sounds great to me Wes. I work Friday nights at a local winery but we're free most Sat. given enough notice I can get off Fridays too.
