Hello from NorCal

Postby Lighterknot » Thu Dec 12, 2013 1:28 pm

New guy here from Florida originally but I travel a bit with work and currently live in California. Have been lurking here for a little while trying to convince myself I can pull this off. I do a lot of dirt biking, rock climbing and camping. And looking for something to combine those activities while having a cozy place to sleep. Was thinking about using a utility trailer I already own for the build but this site has given me so many ideas so who knows!

Looking forward to getting started!

WELCOME !!!!!!!!!!

Now to let the fun begin !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Research all you want to, no one will mind. Ask ANY questions that you might have, somebody will have the answer for you.
The search function up on top will help a lot too.
As has been said on here before, It's tear time and it don't have to be done now. ( I think it was Gage who says it )

Thanks for the welcome!

Yes I have been thinking about a door for the back and looking at builds on here to get ideas. I think I am going to start posting in the Build Design area with questions and pictures of what I'm thinking about going with. Hopefully that's the right place.

Welcome to the forum and don't leave out the Tearjerkers as well. They have a very active group in NorCal. Is your interest in mountain bikes or motorcycles? You will find that a TD is a great addition to either one. i get to Vacaville at least once a year. My sister lives there and we always try and stop over on our way to the northwest.
