Yup, I have used the Kregg jig quite a bit, too, but not as much as my biscuit joiner. The biscuit joiner has the advantage of using a wooden wafer glued in, so it can take a screw or staple later, where as once you have sunk a screw that's pretty much it.

I am going to cover the seam up front with a piece of aluminum diamond plate. I finished the roof and hatch trim and also started building the hatch.

Looks great! I will probably need some pointers on the front radius when I do mine. Also want to do an a/c unit and mount it in a tongue box. Should be enough room right?

Plenty of room on the tongue, Yes. I used a Clothing Steamer to assist with bending the 1/4" Plywood.

My Metal Supplier was out of .040 Aluminum Sheets today :-( I am contacting other suppliers to what I can get. Damn I really wanted to get this hatch installed too.

Skinning the trailer hatch I need to find some one with a Break.

You did get a nice clean bend, what did you have to use a board and a mallet?

Couple of pieces of Oak, a 2x4, some clamps and yes a Mallet.
