Man this stuff is incredibly hard to find around Louisiana. Anyone know of a good source?

I did. I found one outside New Orleans. They want $100 a sheet. Looks like I'm gonna bite the big one and get it

Found another lumber yard in New Orleans, that had only 2 sheets of MDO left. I got them for $62.50 a sheet. I guarantee they are worth WAY MORE than that to me now. On the way from Baton Rouge, I stopped for lunch, and locked my keys in my truck. Luckily I wasn't far from home and my wife brought me the extra set. On the way home, I got a blow out on my utility trailer. I pulled over on I-10 to change the tire...wrong size lug wrench. A State Trooper stopped and lent me his...wrong size spare. I wasn't far from home so I called my mechanic and he had a spare waiting on me. Got the new tire, and borrowed a lug wrench, and got back to the trailer. MDO still there Whew!. What was supposed to be w 3-hour trip (I can hear the theme to Gilligan's Island in my head) turned in to an 8.5 circus. Oh well back home safe and sound. :?

Whew, that was an adventure, now wasn't it? That will be a great story for later on around the campfire, and you will look back and laugh, giving you a greater appreciation of the journey that is TD building.
