Hello everyone. My name is John and I have become obsessed with building a teardrop trailer of my own. I live in Utah which certainly makes winter building a challenge. I got hooked on teardrops right around Thanksgiving and started my project the day after Christmas. Now I have run out of time and money for a little while. I will be posting my project in the Build Journal forum shortly. Thank you to all those who have gone before and shared their experiences with us all. I have learned a ton of useful information in a short amount of time. I can't wait to finish my project and take it out camping.
John welcome to the forum, I know following a the builds on here we all have learned so much, I too sorta ran out of money but with a couple of Christmas presents I now have a little money enough to buy a a few things for my trailer. I will be looking forward to seeing your build in the build section. just take lots of pictures!!
Welcome to the fun. The winter weather is not real comfortable to working out in a garage, unless you have a heat source and insulation. I need both. Right now it's 38 in the garage, and a cool 18 deg's outside. Good luck with your built.
Welcome John! Working on any trailer is challenging in Utah during the winter-a heat source is definitely needed. Good luck on your build. Jim B / Utah
