Hi, Names David, I am an automotive Tutor, British by birth and the grace of God, moved to NZ 7 years ago. Mechanic by trade now teaching. I have long admired Teardrop trailers. Now its time to build one.

Welcome to the forum. North or South Island? I'm in Scotland originally from Africa. And you'll be delighted to know its dark, cold and damp. :-)

North Island. It may be a challenge getting parts but hey I will worry about that when I get there.

Hi David, welcome from Whangarei.

It is great to see more people in this part of the world catching the bug. We went into ours as a spur of the moment fit of insanity, and have loved every minute of it, both the building and the using.

All the best with your project,

Sheddie (Frank).
