Wow!!! that looks good. I like the drain plug, like mine or mine is like yours. I havent put mine together yet. one day a month or so before Christmas I was talking with a friend about all the things I wanted to get for my TD and I mentioned oven, cooler, table and electric parts and solar panel and I still need a few other things. Well he was so sweet and got me a cooler so, I didn't want to start work on mine till after he gets to come and repair my computer. What I want is a bear proof one. It doesn't mean I will get it but that is what I want.
Now about how to put the canvas on top . what I did : I spread it out over the top and positioned it I used craft pins and pined it about 6 times on each side along at the front to the middle of the top, then I rolled it up from the back going towards the front. I then spread about 8 inches of glue across the top and then un rolled the canvas about 6 to 10 inches . I kept doing it then i went to the front sides where I put the pins removed them and rolled up the canvas and did the exact same thing. putting glue on about 8 to 10 inches and rolling the canvas down over it. I had no help I did it by myself so I know you can do it. Craft pins work really well with foam. They are about 2 and 1/2 inches long some you can get 3 inches and they have a bent top that makes it look like a T. I hope that makes sense.
