Dan, Merry Christmas. Hope the new knee lets you get back at it soon. We'll see you at Turkey Run in the spring.

Wow...7 weeks to the day got back on the SunshinInn today. It was after going to the PT so I only made it for a few hours before needing to get home and ice the knee down! but got the new style hatch supports installed.115866
Aluminum goes on the inside of the framing seen in this pic.

Got the galley cabinets mostly finished last week before too much knee pain set in. The shiny piece of aluminum behind the sink may not remain, and the old stove top light/clock/timer may not as well...just had it laying around looking for a use.

You're doing awfully well, Dan, only 8 weeks after surgery!! Be careful. You can always call me if you need an extra hand. I'm close by. Oh yeah, she looks good-- The SunshineInn.

Thanks. Verna. I am still hobbling a bit. Wear out quickly. Have to make hay while the sun shines. Or is that the SunShine inn? Haven't had to kneel much at this point. Looking doubtful for the weekend though!

You know you 'd have lots of help this weekend . The guys won't let you lift anything nor have to kneel. Plus you wouldn't have to cook. But, you know how you feel. I still have that circuit breaker box , stove, a round sink and a 3 gal water tank for you.

Started rebuilding a door that I had sitting around from a previous tear down. It is amazing how simple minded the mfgrs were in the early days. The brown you see in the first pic is corragated cardboard used as insulation.116348116349116350
New foam insulation installed after resizing the wood and skin. Inner skin gets glued on next then recrimp the edges. The Jalousie window is in fair condition. Clean up the aluminum and replace the crank mech.
