Site messed up?

Postby Chris C » Mon May 01, 2006 4:46 pm

Boy!!!!! The site sure is messed up today. Slow, slow, slow. I can only imagine what those with dial-up are having to put up with.

Kicked me off (got a server not found) and I got a "fatal error" Page when I tried to come back on. Lasted about ten minutes then fine. Had to type the URL in to get back on. Wouldn't go from "My Favorites".

Fine now.

I am getting all of the above ... errors and when I do log in the threads aren't highlighted so you would know what is new to choose from. Slow is the key word.

Must be somebody is boycotting or bogarting the server?

Here's what I got...

Mike,

From what my colleagues have reported about earlier, your
server was in fact being worked on, though was brought back
online within about 15 minutes of the time the status on our
site was updated.

So hopefully things are okay again. :scratchthinking:

Hello, Mike:

I am experiancing the flags that show the threads that are updated or changed ... NOT in color or just as though I am not logged in.

I wonder if anyone else is having this problem?

Seems to do that if you are logged off or you loose your connection and come back right away. Mine did it and new came back on when I logged off for a while then back on.

Because I have a slow dial up I get that at least once every day or so.
