Heya Folkses! I'm at it again.
Gotta get this one finished before I head up to Tahoe but we're engineering it fairly extensively.
There are going to be a couple neat options going on this one.

Started with the biggest trailer HF sells, used every discount in the book.
Plywood on the bottom, spray foamed and sealed then coated in black goo.



5' 8"x 8' sub-frame. I used foam core, gorilla glue and aluminum duct tape to finish out the inside of the storage bins. Has a nice clean look. I included the full length "Long & Wet Item Storage" up the center.



Black goo on all under body surfaces and white sealer on the rest. A coat of Behr Ultra for the final white then Linoleum.



Frame and Floor done. Time for a pitcher of Strawberry daiquiri's!



Now to loft out the new wall jigs.

Thanks, I just love to build cool stuff and these things are so friggin cool!

We're trying to finalize a nice design with just the right amount of "extras" and still be light weight and affordable for the average person with a small car.

Trashed 2 attempts this morning but the 3rd shape jig is perfect. Cutting out the wall skins this afternoon.
Did the last trailer with a plywood wall frame so I'm doing this one with a stick frame. Get a first hand comparison of time, expense, weight and strength.
