Friday: My favorite Shiraz and crackers.
Breakfast: FREEZER BAG OMELETTES
I went to Menard's and purchased an inexpensive chicken cooker. A chicken cooker is a burner on a stand that will hold a large pot. I will bring this to Cooler. If you have been to Camp Inn/Camp Outt you have seen them use chicken cookers to boil large pots of water into which you can drop a freezer bag filled with two or three eggs and various things like sliced ham, onion, mushrooms, cheese, and etc. Drop the bag into the boiling water and a couple of minutes later you have a fully cooked NO MESS omelette. In addition to the chicken cooker I will bring about 45 freezer bags, chopped onions, some shredded cheddar and fresh mushrooms. If you would like to volunteer to bring additional omelette options that would be great. If someone would like to bring a second chicken cooker that would solve the problem of a lot of people deciding they would like to try making omelettes this way. Lastly I AM NOT BRINGING THE EGGS so if you would like to try this for breakfast bring your two or three eggs along to breakfast on Saturday morning. This is what they are talking about doing at the St Croix gathering in Minnesota the week after Cooler.
If you have never tried this it really is a cool and non mess way to make a good omelette. You can serve alot of people fairly quickly
Supper: It will be in a Dutch Oven but I have not figured it out yet.

Also Dan, I reserved the shelter before Christmas. If it turns out to be a cold Cooler we may want to also rent it all day on Friday but that will be decided later when we know what weather to expect. Shelter is $100 per day and divided by 22 trailers currently registered it's less than $5.00 per trailer per day.
