I'm from Arkansas, and I'm wanting to build a teardrop trailer, hence my signing up. I first became interested because a friend found some plans and built a few of them. He has since passed away, so I am looking for info on the construction mostly. Thanks!

Welcome! This a great place to find some plans and ideas for a build. I recommend starting with the Generic Benroy plans to either build or to just get some ideas:

Welcome.

There is a lot of good Info here. I sure you find what you need to get going. Just enjoy it and don’t make the build a JOB or a deadline.

BTW the picture below in my signature is at Horsehead lake in Arkansas, Johnson county I believe.

Hey, Welcome! Great to hear from ya'!

First step is getting the trailer! A lot of folks use Harbor Freight trailers, they have frequent sales and if you sign-up to their website, frequent 20%-off coupons. I got a great deal on a nice trailer from Northern Tools, when it was on sale. Some folks find a "free" trailer or cheap used trailer off Craigslist. Keep us posted, great hobby, lot's of information here from nice folks.
