Here's a new fun game. Let's come up with some camping/nature/outdoors related Haiku. Here's a site that has some examples of Haiku poems ( http://www.tnttt.com/viewforum.php. Let's keep it simple, so just shoot for expressing your thought in 3 lines. For those who need more rules of structure for writing a Haiku poem, just google "Haiku".
Now before any you English majors rip anyone's poem apart, remember to goal here is just to be creative and have fun. Be sure to snap both of your fingers simultaneously after you read each poem.
I'll start with a pseudo-Haiku that I like to call "Involuntary Speed Suppression"
Large white RV
Retirees traveling with a car in tow
blocking traffic flow
No offense intended to any retirees. It's just that I was behind a large RV today as I was trying to make it to an appointment. The RV kept my speed at a minimum , so this is an autobiographical Haiku.
Now you all try!
