74 lbs for the 11.5' one is twice as heavy the one I have. And that is one of the reasons I bought the one I have. But, I sure like the seat!!

Mickey, I turn mine upside down and use parachute rope to tie it to the roof rack. I also take rope down to the front and rear bumpers. I carried it over 600 miles last year without a problem.

I am located just a bit south of the high school. Looking forward to seeing every one. I was at the Crossroads last summer, but could only stay one night. Had to work on Saturday, but enjoyed seeing all of the teardrop campers.

Just thinkin' about the summer gathering and the pitch-in dinner.

No need (yet) to start compiling a menu but maybe a "Fish dinner" would be nice. I'm going to try to catch as many fish as possible with hopes of making some battered and deep fried fish for Saturday night.

Anyone up for a "Fishing contest"? I have a brand new fishing license that has never been used to legally catch fish in Indiana so it's all ready to go.

It could be fun.

To be on the safe side, I will also plan a conventional dish so we don't starve (at Starve Hollow).

I'm bringing my license (it has been used), poles and my kayak. You're on!! I'm not good at cleaning fish--do we have a volunteer?
