eddiegrey wrote:Major delays... mostly from my own laziness but we've had one hell of a winter, and I honestly haven't had the desire to get out there and work on this until now. Eventhough it's MARCH 25TH and we have snow on the ground as I type. However, Thursday looks to be a nice warmup and I don't have to work again until Saturday night. My deadline is still May 31st, and I believe I can pull this off with the right amount of positive thinking and your alls encouragement.

I bought my 4x8 trailer in Knoxville TN at the Harbor Freight there back in Jan. It's been in the box since due to weather. First step this week will be opening up that puppy and putting it together. The Ty-Dean plans I am using require some modification to the frame so I'll be posting pics hopefully by the end of the week. I'm just stoked to be getting started finally!!! 8)

Can't wait to finally see some progress.

Hi eddiegrey, I am moving along on my first build to. I started back in Sept. and got my floor put together in Oct. and then the Holidays came and then a cabinet for my wife. I did get back on it about 2 weeks ago and now I am moving along pretty good. It is great to get started and see it come together. This forum has really helped and encouraged me. Waiting to see pictures of your progress.Image

Just finally glad to see some progress. Modifying the trailer to be more ridgid and lose the fold feature.

More to come.

Ouch.

Hard to pull the TD with out wheels. That happened to someone else here, guy got all his tool stolen just as he just starting his build.

Get another drill and make the dust fly.

Borrowed a drill and my deck is finally done. I'll just buy new wheels it will be ok as long I don't find anything else is missing.
