Working only on days when temps weren't sub zero, it took a couple of days to assemble. After trailer was finished I decided I might need a hitch on the TV. So i bought a hitch and wiring harness from Amazon. Following directions that came with them it was a pretty straight forward install.
The first injury sustained from hitch fighting back

My wife and I are both about 6ft tall so we decided that 4x8 just wasn't big enough so 5x8 with about a foot overhang front and rear with the radius's. So the overall dimensions ended up being 64" wide and 10' long. That way I can put a queen size mattress. Building sandwiched walls with 1/8 luan 2x2's and foam insulation. Floor is 2x2 frame with 5/8 plywood. Started throwing saw dust a few weeks ago and got a little carried away with dry fitting everything, so I decided to hit the brakes back up and start by disassembling everything I have done so far and start waterproofing as I go. Got the side profile and doors cut out already I will upload pics and add later.
Here is the profile I decided on. And my first design flaw found and fixed
and here is the progress before backing up and waterproofing.
