John, just remember ANY door design can leak...it is upto the builder to insure it doesn't...the basic design principle behind the lil Diner and Camp-Inn and the Alligator Tear are all the same...the seal is on the inside...we have camped in the rain and towed in the rain with no leaks...that is not to say that one day in the future something could change and any of 'em could leak...

Leak test results

The trailer did not leak...except for the spot where the daylight show through in the corner. I will add some more foam tape there and test it again. There was about a teaspoon of water inside after a 60 second blast from the hose on that spot. I guess I built it better than I thought...... I mean it was supposed to be built that way. That way air gets in.
