I check Craigslist often, but am usually 3 minutes too late to get the deal...
A month ago I found some old card file cabinets listed for a hundred dollars, they had ten of them.
I'm building a new shop complex for our company, and have been buying cabinets, shelving, etc.
The price was pretty reasonable

given that the cabinets generally sell for $250 and up.
The card file cabinets make great parts storage drawers as they have dividers, or, you can remove the dividers and use them as tool boxes.
The drawers are on full extension slides and are very heavy duty!
It was 4:30 Am when I read the ad. The ad showed the location as a desolate area in downtown...maybe a ruse to rob someone? I decided to go ahead and text the seller hoping it was real and that I wouldn't make them upset texting so early.
I got a reply within 20 minutes, asking how quickly I could get there. (for that price and quantity, I couldn't get there fast enough!) I told them within 30 minutes.
I worried the whole time I was hooking up the trailer and getting straps. Then they called and asked if I was coming, I replied I was a couple minutes away.
At that point the fog cleared, as he told me to back up to the loading dock at the public library...whew!
He showed me the cabinets and nervously I handed him a hundred dollars...hoping that the ad was right, and I really was buying all ten for the money.
He took the money and wrote a receipt. It was all ten for the money

They must have had a couple different ads running, as this one I found after having bought them says ten dollars each.

Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...
