nice work..... where does the drain to the sink go? Do you have an onboard battery and if so where do you keep it?

Thanks for the positive comments everyone. We are planning on taking her for her first trip next weekend, not too far , the south coast of the UK, a round trip of about 180 miles . Cant wait !

Wow, that is stunning. :applause: you've got some real skills there, plus a keen eye for scouting out things to upcycle. Great job!

If I EVER get my ass in gear and build one, I might just be picking your brains for things like where you got your edge trim in the uk :D

Thanks again everyone. Mallymal ,if you decide to take the plunge the aluminium sheet and trim is easy to source in the uk from places such as Aalco or Aluminium warehouse and they deliver nationally. I have used a lot of recylcled /upcycled parts on the Teardrop , i enjoyed searching for bits to recycle as much as the build.

Just a small update. We camped out in our Teardrop for the first time last weekend at the Vintage nostalgia show and had a fantastic time . The TD was comfortable and everything worked as it should, cant wait to go camping again !
