Slow:

Sometimes it's best to saddle a horse with a slicked-forked saddle. Shy away from those rigs with big swells that lock your legs in. When she starts crow hoppin', pick a soft spot and get off.

Life. At least It's spring. Even in Wyoming.

Ok. But 13 by 70 can not be considered a tiny travel trailer. :)

Sorry for the changes in your life that are painful. Every day the sun comes up and we all have a re-start opportunity.
Now for your new home, why not build an outhouse for your new place? at the far end of the garden :)

Steve,

I like your version. ;)

Just an idea Slow...I'd cut all the analogies of horses/women. Others opinions may vary, and this time, don't be so quick to buy a new bit for it. Doug

Best Wishes to you, Mike. Your idea of looking forward is a good one. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start over.

To that, I say, the chocolate coating usually tastes good; but, when you get to the center, you may decide to spit it out.

Mike, what are you planning to heat the place with? If it is propane why not look into a house size propane generator.

Just wondering, do you have to meet any code requirements?

Our county has rules about mobile homes. You legally can't relocate old ones, and for new ones they are supposed to have permanent steps. I would think we also would have to have a septic hookup to get it passed.

However, nearby are people living in travel trailers, so, who knows?

You might want to make sure what the code is and what the enforcement level is. That could save some heartbreak of a financial kind.

for off the gird you can't beat a propain floor furnace for heat, no power needed, just gas, the thermocouple that powers the pilot light valve also powers the thermostat. MY dad has one as the only heat for his cabin in Maine, my wife and I made it through one and half maine winters just fine using it as our only heat. (then bought our own house)
