Great fabric resource, thanks! Finding the 'specialty' outdoor fabrics/webbing/etc. has always been difficult. It's often been easier to find an existing product to appropriate mesh and web from...

Dave, the 40" wide and about 6' long has worked for me in my 1/4 Nelson Stacker. You might consider using an 1 3/8" hollowcore door for the floor and the 1/4" side walls with band sawed edges seems like a good way to go. I used only 1/8" material for the roof and hatch lid, and seems to work just fine. Just my 2 cents.

Good luck on your build..........Oh yes, you might want to change those 8" wheels to 12", you can get them from HF and they have the same bolt pattern....that way they only spin at 90 mph instead of 120, enroute.

Roly, just another dreamer, designer, builder and user.
