Hi Ckurgo, welcome to the best TD site on the net. Sounds like you have a good start, and are on your way to teardrop heaven. I suggest you check out the Hall of Fame, to get some idea what shape you would like and to view the various builds, since a picture is worth a thousand words. You have a bunch of options you have to consider, and if you are not happy with the outcome, remember, you can't build just one! I know, I've been there. Good luck on your build, take pics and post them and look up the Tear Jerker's chapter in your area and attend one of their campouts. Walk-ins are always welcome, you will be able to see other TDs and meet a bunch of interesting campers, unlike any in the world.
8) :) Roly, the li'l ol' So Calif woody guy. PS, it's ok to tell us your real first name.

another source for shape ideas is to search for teardrop camper using google, at the top of the results it will say images, you will find pages and pages of teardrop images, click on the image and it will offer to send you to the page it came from (not always helpful) Since it is the borg, uh google, it is always growing. :NC
