Some where the concept of tear drop ends and travel trailer begins.... What do you want to build?.... The moment you can start standing up inside its no longer a tear drop but a travel trailer.....

Slow,

I have a similar donor trailer. I am planning a Weekender inspired standy foamie. Kitchen in the back like a teardrop. Queen bed. Bunk for the 4yo princess. See pics in my gallery. I cant post them from the phone.

The Rondack Lodge is my favorite standup but still the classic galley of a teardrop http://www.campingclassics.com/lodge1.html

Hey Slow,
When I determine the final size of my build I consider readily available materials. Off size material are expensive. Splicing materials can cause more work than its worth.
Enjoy, Chris

I built a tear (sorry, standie) based off the Campster 12. My build journal is in my sig.
To err is human, to really foul up requires a computer
