New from British Columbia

Postby Richard1690 » Thu May 22, 2014 10:02 pm

Hi, newbie to the forum and building trailers. Just saw the teardrops for the first time last week, didn't like the $17k price tag, so decided to build my own. So far I have built the trailer , we decided to go for 6 x 10. Any help you can give me for the rest will be greatly appreciated. Are there any other members from BC here? Thanks. 8)

Yep, there's a bunch of us, enough for a tear jerkers chapter. I'm in Victoria. We've got folks all over the province.
Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach a person to use the Internet and they won't bother you for weeks.

Welcome aboard. There is a very enthuastic, teardrop builder and user, right there in BC. He has built the most custom teardrop, entirely out of metal and is a work of art. He plans to have a BC gathering at his Canadian ranch, in the near future. I am sure when he reads your post, he will insist that you attend, if only to meet other TD folks and get a bunch of ideas. His name is Brian, and loves teardropping. (Come on Brian, here is a newby, and better yet a Canadian, of all things!)

Hi
Sorry no time to talk.
We are at the Gorge eating.
But yes, we will talk later this week when I have access to a computer.
Thanks Roly for the referral

Wow! That was fast??
That was at the campsite we rolled into late last night!
And was obviously taken early this morning before we woke up?????
Sandi's shoes were still by the door and the curtains were closed.
This was taken by someone at Confluence park in Wenatchee Wa.
Thanks for posting.
