Looking good! I'm kinda curious how much she's gonna weigh. Lots of 3/4" stuff going on!

The tongue box probably could've been made out of 1/2", I wanted it to be sturdy in case I hit it with the bumper or hitch or if any road debris tags it. I'll probably have to grab a bunch of cast iron goodies to weigh down the galley.

Now we're at a stage where no matter what I'm in the mood for, I have something to work on that I can do solo.
A few of the items:
1) Galley divider/countertop/drawer fabrication
2) Foot cabinet door divider (totally forgot about it when I was painting the interior) and maybe a divider to keep the stuff from mixing between the two halves of the cabinet
3) Painting all the removable pieces
4) Insulating the roof and preparing the beadboard panels that will hide it
5) Running electrical all over the place
6) Making all the sliding doors from the left-over beadboard
7) Bolting down the tongue box and making the interior fittings to hold the power center
Making side tables from the door cut-outs
9) Filling the billion screw holes in the exterior

I have to decide if I want to run all the electrical horizontally from the tongue box into the lower cabinets, or if I want to go out the bottom of the box and up into the cabinet via conduit.

I just checked my delivery sheet, it was just under 800lbs of wood. My guess would be 725-750lb for shell + cabinets + side tables + metal hardware (not counting the trailer frame), since I'll have a full sheet of 1/2" (49lbs) and a good bit of a 3/4" sheet (say 20lbs of a 65lb sheet) left untouched, but most of the other scraps are getting reused for the cabinets and drawers. Each door cut out (my future side tables) weighs just a bit under 13lb.

Good thing my truck has a 1,000lb tongue weight and 10,000lb towing capacity.

I want to take mine to get it weighed either tomorrow or Wednesday. It won't be loaded for camping, but it'll give me an idea of what I'm towing with the Crosstrek. I'm thinking maybe 900-1000lbs.

I would not trust a shipping weight too far by itself. For bulky items those can be a shoot from the hip guesstimate made by a shipping clerk, rather than an actual scale weight. Best to weigh it and find out for sure.

That 3/4" stuff really sneaks up on you, and adds up to lotsa weight. And then there's all the peripheral trim, screws, and minor alterations made with odds and ends that never figure in to the "master plan". My 1000lb planned trailer topped 1400 when rolled out of the garage, and still grows...now 1760lbs camping (travel) weight (my retrofits and upgrades are all heavy...). The positive side is that it is solid as a rock. Your build looks solid, as well.

The plywood dealer listed the nominal weight for each size, they didn't weigh the truck.

Oh, itemized. Then you are probably pretty close, depending on your scrap.

I guess I kind of forgot how the world has modernized and digitized everything.

So it has been a busy month with not a lot of trailer progress due to some real-life stuff, now I have to really get back into it and I decided to start with the galley divider, countertop and basic shelves.

The countertop ended up 38" off the ground, so a little higher than a kitchen counter, but I wanted to make sure I'd get 5" tall drawers and 8" of space beneath them (so my camp kitchen and dutch oven will fit). I still need to add a divider and support under the countertop to bear the weight of the drawers, but I have to figure out how much to relieve it so my pie irons, propane tree, etc, will fit in the lower tray underneath the dutch oven, etc.

I decided to leave the center divider the full height to make a shelf so that we can store plates, bowls, etc, up there without using valuable space in the middle cabinet. It will get a front lip, but that will need to wait until the hatch is completed as the lip will be need slots cut in it to accommodate the hatch ribs.

I finally ordered my filler, epoxy and fiberglass last night.
I found out that Smith's Fill-it has become incredibly hard to locate in-stock, especially in the two quart kit. (I figured better to have way too much than not enough, and I have a ton of screw holes to fill)
I ended up settling for TotalBoat's TotalFair instead, but I doubt it will arrive before the weekend.

Right now a good portion of the dining room is taken up by various pieces and shipping containers, our family room is full of half-completed pieces, and the basement has become a painting studio for anything not permanently attached to the trailer. I really need to get this thing done so I can have my house back.

I decided to add a shelf above the countertop in the galley.

The shelf is 9" deep with a 3.75" lip and the countertop is 19" deep, both are 35" wide. The underside of the shelf is 14" above the countertop (I measured a few random things around the kitchen and pantry and thought that was a good compromise). I wouldn't recommend such a large and low shelf for someone that plans to use a two-burner stove on their countertop, but we're not planning to cook in the galley.

The clamps and scraps are to hold it in place while I played around with its vertical position, I've taken the entire galley apart to be painted individually, it will then be screwed together so if I ever get a bigger oven or need to adjust a dimension, I can break it down easily. I have all the wood designated for the under-counter drawers, but I don't have a pneumatic nailer to put them together with so I'll wait until I can borrow one to cut them instead of risking losing one of the pieces.

I also forgot to share a picture of my hatch spares when I made them a while back, so here's one of them. The lower panel of the hatch will fold down independently, so this just has to hold the top and rear panels together.

The spar is three pieces of plywood, the upper and lower pieces bisect the angle and then the gusset holds them together. I have four spars in total, two with the gusset on the left, two on the right.
I'm not quite sure what I'll do for hatch props at the moment, there aren't many good places to put one on the oven side, unless I put it really high up.

I have the foot cabinet divider made, just need to paint it before I install it, then I'll touch it up with caulk and a bit of paint to hide the seams.

FedEx says my epoxy, etc, should arrive on Tuesday.

I've never used epoxies for anything similar to this before, so I'm learning as I go. Here's my first attempt with body filler, at least I didn't lose too much when I found out my pot life is significantly decreased vs the manufacturer's 30-minute claim.

When it gets too dark or unfavorable weather conditions, I head down to the basement to paint all the removable pieces. Here's one of my painting stations, I have another one about the same size set up on the other side of the room.

From front to back, there are the two pieces to the foot cabinet divider, the two forward lower panels (which were just installed this morning), and the under floor storage compartment covers (yes, one's bigger than the other, measure-once-cut-once didn't work out in my favor that day, I did my math wrong for the centerline and the circular saw's offset ). Leaning against the wall to the left is the AC door.

I'm really hoping we can drag it to the Tearjerker's end-of-season campout in October, but I wouldn't mind sneaking in another trip or two. Due to all the paint drying times, I'm going to take a few half-days at work so I can get more coats in vs rushing on the weekend.
