Fathers day wkend and Christmas are the best times.

Most hardware stores offer around 20% off on entire store so if you need trailer wire, a soldering gun, screws bolts or springs, Paint, stain etc. This week end is the best for that

Tools sometimes are at a less discount but at the big box stores they have special buy's on power tool sets like 2 drills and battery and charger, my last set I got at Christmas 2 drills, circular saw and reciprocating saw they were bottom of the line but still work for around $99.

I look at garage sales, swap meets, I have a few friends who give me their old one when they get a new one. Ask to see it run first and make sure it will take a blade or hold a drill.

Hand tools are easier to get

We also look for estate sales and if it is to high we hope it is there on sunday because they often offer 1/2.

We might even have a tool exchange here or check free on Craigs list or even check the paper.

we were in the depot recently and noticed some great deals on quality power tools, I didn't connect them to Father's day... my duh..

Here in the good ole u of k, Father's Day is 15june this year.

I was in our copy of the a Depot today and they had Bosch corded drills , regular retail £60, sale price £30.

So good a price they limited it to 3 per customer!(one in each hand and one in your teeth)



Ps they even changed their store colours a few years ago... What a coincidence!

Roly, Buying shoes online for me is easy since I wear D medium in my size.
Amazon has a nice return policy. I have absolutely no connection with Amazon, just a customer.
