Not sure how true that yahoo story was, but some day we might find out.

I heard that in some cases there was a 3-5 year wait time for those transformers.
That's why I say, you can never have too much solar

I'm intrigued about the lithium battery......while I don't need the size you've got, where did you find the best deal on....looking for about a 250-500 amp battery........will have 2-100 watt solar panels on top (with room to expand to 2 more).......thanks

The bad news is the Lithium are about $650 per @ 100 AH and about $350 for the BMS.....
now to me they are worth every penny & weight in gold, but most folks here 98% love those T105 golf cart batteries.
and you must charge at between 14.0 and 14.4 volts only

if your only a weekender ...I would say stick with those.
once you have the BMS it can be expanded for $18 per cell added......

I finally got the mega battery installed.....
It's really strange sucking out 1,000 watts and the needle only goes from
13.29 down to 13.26
SWEET


My 400 AH L16 flooded battery would drop from 12.6 down 12.3

I have entered the testing phase now
