HI Everyone,

I am so pleased to discover this site. It took me a week to register because I was overwhelmed with exploring the HUGE amount of information and ideas on here. It is blissful.

I am currently daydreaming to the best of my ability and making my husband nervous since I am the kind of lady who requests tools for birthdays and Christmas. He's kind of guy who gets nervous when I deploy them, but he pitches in any time I yell for feedback or for a brawnier arm than mine (at least I hope it is brawnier).

One day I'll get around to photos etc. Meanwhile, I am busy looking at all of yours.

Welcome to the forum!!! just to let you know My brain was buzzing when I first discovered this forum over a year ago, funny thing is ......... I think it still does. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. of course it starts with one and somewhere along the way it becomes hazardous to your sleep, waking moments and life. Your thought during the day are about the neat camping trips , how it frees you up from all the packing and unpacking and how you now can afford those little trips and then you think of all the wonderful designs then you begin to meet the people in real time and see their works of art. Your friends begin to know you're a little gone, always talking about this little trailer you are building and they move away when you get excited talking about getting solar panels for charging your batteries and making sure the bearings are cleaned before you grease them then You will completely loose them when talking about hitches and locking and weight equalization and then they get really upset when you start talking about DO,s and all the neat things to cook in them, and before you know it You will be thinking about Coleman's and your window treatments. matching bed covers, and all the great experiences you will have. Welcome!!!

I've already been through about 10 build sites, read Mike Schneider's file on building a Benroy, fallen in love with foamies, and am working my way through GWP's massive thread on the subject. Sleeplessness, massive note taking, drawing like a fiend, and daydreaming are all occurring. Now I have begun obsessing about getting started! But my friends already know that I am nuts. This will just confirm it. Thank you, Mary, for the forewarning that it will last at least another year.
