New guy from Maine

Postby ggrvguy » Sat Aug 09, 2014 9:18 pm

Hi Folks, I've worked in the RV service business for the last 30 years and now I want to build a teardrop. i'm thinking a 5x10. The only problem is, the wife says she won't go camping unless theres a place for a porta potti in it. She has a phobia about outhouses and public restrooms. :) I haven't seen any plans with enough room for that. Any suggestions?

I use a pop up duck blind with a porta-potti. Works well for me and sit's right next to the teardrop.

Most people put up a shower tent or changing tent and put their porta-potty in there.
There are people out there who have designed their own potty space in their trailers but I don't know of any readily available plans for that.
Mine has an indoor potty, as does Wolfgang's teardrop. ...Don't know of many others with indoor potties; but, they are out there.
