Are you talking about the light canvas painters drop cloth?

Look in the paint section of any good hardware or paint store.

I have never looked but I bet a fabric store would have raw canvas by the yard as well.

When I did mine i looked at many of the resources mentioned for cheaper canvas. The biggest problem was seams and u can't see in the packaging with painters drop cloth. Size is also an issue. I went to the local fabric store to get mine 72" width x 10 yards. They had a sale so it was about same price and no hassel. Walmart carries it in 60" width. Biggest thing to remember is it is 100% cotton so it shrinks at least 15-20% when washed. Example I needed 8.5' so i cut at 10'. Ended up 6" short! Not sure u need to wash first but I did and went through hell with wrinkles so terrible you can NOT iron them out. I would consider online fabric store but with shipping it probabl isn't any cheaper.

Look in the foamie section look under canvas tarp suppliers. Slow, my experience my canvas was not pre shrunk. I appliied it to the foam with plenty of glue and I only saw shrinkage on the shelves I covered. I had more shrinkage with the. HF painters drop cloth but it was very little a half inch over three feet. But only in length. I hope this helps.
