CNC Routers in Washington

Postby The Longs » Tue Aug 19, 2014 12:53 pm

Hey Everybody, Thought I would share my work with you. Our shop is DP West Based out of Enumclaw Washington. We are a smaller machine shop that specializes in manufacturing plastic parts of all shapes and sizes. Our Website is dpwestinc.com

The reason I share is because on top of all your standard machine shop equipment we also have two CNC Routers.

The First is a Komo VR512 Mach One with a 5'x12' bed.

The Second is a MultiCam 5000 series with a 5'x10' bed.

Either one of these machines would be perfect for cutting out your walls, doors, galley framework, or whatever else you could think of! We accept most drawing files and also have SolidWorks if you needed us to draw your design for you. Anyway if you are interested or want to find out more visit our website or Call (360) 825-7660 and ask for Marcus.

We can ship anywhere as well.

It appears you CNC aluminum in varying thicknesses.

Can you copy a radius plywood template in aluminum?

I've added your website to my favorites, who knows we may do some business in the future.
Thanks, :D Danny

Hey Danny,

What thickness were you looking to have cut? We don't do a lot of aluminum but depending on what you are looking for we may be able make it happen. We mostly work with UHMW, HD, ABS, Acetal, Nylon, Seaboard, and Teflon.

Don't know what UHMW, HD are so I'm assuming they won't do me any good.
I may need 1/8" aluminum done but I can actually do it myself with a sabre saw and router table.
Don't need CNC for wood as I'm a human wood processer with vast amounts of experience.
CNC is so repeatable, that's why I was inquiring. No biggie, thanks.
