roof top tent in the way of vent fan

Bump! Any other options on this? I am looking at having a TD built, will have a RTT over the main cabin most of the time, so need to find some other type of vent system (side wall?) or a workaround for a fantastic fan.

Grant is really making me feel like an idot since I just threw away some roof racks like he's got showing in his picture. Since most cars no longer have gutters on them, I didn't see what good it was for keeping them around. Since I've got 3/4" ply on the sides of my TD, I could have very easily put my canoe or maybe even some bikes on top of my TD. But then again, I think it's just easier to probably continue putting those things up on my tow vehicle which is probably a tad lower than my TD roof.
