Glad you are using it. Colorado is a beautiful place to use it.

It looks good! Thanks for sharing!
 One thing that has me head scratching is that roof top tent. The part that forms a sort of awning doesn't look like it has anything (legs or whatever) supporting the overhang. How does that work?

The ladder is weight bearing, and the hinge is very stout and can hold up a bit of weight itself. It's quite long - perhaps almost 8' - so most of a sleepers body is on the fixed portion. But it does not feel at all tippy or flimsy.

Made it out for a very fine bicycle ride on the Monarch Crest Trail, and did some dry camping with the teardrop. Here's a photo of the camper on beautiful Kenosha Pass.

Slow start to the camping season this year, for a variety of reasons, but we've played catch-up by driving from Denver to Padre Island National Seashore and spending a week camping on the beach. Not bad. Considering how good this place is as a dry (and free) camping location, I was surprised not to see another teardrop down there.

Here's mine, in any case:

 Nice! It looks like you've added more under the tent area so that you now have a tented room below.
Thanks for sharing. :applause:

Yes, I've always had the side room, but I don't always bother to use it. When deployed it means that the ladder up to the roof tent and the trailer can be accessed through a fairly well protected room. The room is a nice place to keep a drink cooler shaded, stack bins of clothes, etc.
