Beavers Bend 2015 April 23-26, 2015

Hello everyone.

I apologize for not posting the Beavers Bend 2015 information before now. Daughter being home from Germany and 2 Grandbabies seem to preoccupy me.

Reservations have been made and already paid for

We have all sites reserved for April 24 and 25th. There are always some arriving on Thursdays so I included that day into the dates.
I will call and add as many reservations for Thursday as needed.

I will get my paperwork out this weekend and post the list of those that have already paid their deposit and get the attendance list going.

Sites increased to $30 a couple of years ago but the park is still letting us pay $25 as we have been there so long.

I am adding 4 more spaces to the list. As most of you know we have permission to double up in 5 sites, 4 being river front. There is more than enough room for 2 of us to comfortably set up camp sites so as we are filling up I thought it best to just go ahead and add the spots. To those that are new to the BB gathering I do not assign sites. They are first come first serve. Anyone that sets up in the 4 river front sites just needs to be sure to pull down far enough to allow for another teardrop to back in.

also to anyone sendind paypal... you must choose the option for sending money to a friend or family member and use your verified bank account, otherwise it will incur a fee. If any of this confuses you, stuff some cash in an envelope and send it to Linda directly! If you must send a check, send an apology for making her go to the bank to make a deposit!

We were at Houchitown this week and went by B. B. State Park. Buckeye gate was locked, it was cold, but we walked the park....oh, can't wait. Btw it is as far as I remembered from our old site to the facilities! That's all, I just wanted to make sure that if I was over stimulated....I wasn't alone!

So so sorry guys to have taken so long to get back onto the Beavers Bend Thread.

This has been one heck of an amazing year with Charles and I building a house for Cassidy, James and little Charlie, them moving back to the states for good, catching up and spending so much time with Cassidy and Charlie and our daughter in Tyler, Natalie and little Logan.
The house has been a work in progress even after they moved in.
I did not work in my shop until the fall and only made it to one event to set up and sell my merchandise but my Etsy shop had some AMAZING sales so I was working non stop after my real job to keep my shop stocked.

I will be posting on the first page of the Thread the list of those attending (deposits transferred from 2014 and deposits received)

This is the first time in in Beavers Bend History that I have actually misplaced some of my paperwork.
I am not sure how as I have everything beginning with March 2003

What I am missing is any deposits for 2015 that were given to me at Beavers Bend. I will be checking my bank statements shortly.

Here are the deposits that transferred from 2014. This is folks that had paid for 2014 and could not come and their spots were filled
Deposits that were made and spots not filled or you no showed at the last minute could not be rolled over as they were used as the initial deposit

I am hoping to run across my list from 2014 (have computer list but not the one I write on as folks arrive).
I have been filing receipts and bills for 2014 and hope to run across it in the process
